Episode Summary:
Benita Bizarre is jealous of how the Bugaloos can soar lazily through the air. Funky's sister, "Broom Hilda", is unable to provide Benita with a pair of wings that work. So, Benita disguises herself as "Hedy Hoe-Down" and kidnaps I.Q. The rest of the Bugaloos must save I.Q. before Benita takes his wings for herself.
