A contemporary comedy-fantasy adventure for young people inlaid with the music of today.
The heroes of this modern allegory are THE BUGALOOS, a young, attractive
musical group of teenagers (not unlike the teenagers of today, except they
posess wings and bear a resemblance to butterflies, bumble bees, etc.).
The quartette of heroes (Joy, I.Q., Harmony and Courage)
live on a utopian island named Tranquility, and
they have dedicated their lives to helping those who need help, while at the same
time fighting the treachery of their arch rival Benita Bizarre, an evil rock-witch
who lives with her followers in a noisy jukebox.
