Sid and Marty Krofft are scheduled to appear at an upcoming TV Land Convention!! Here are a bit of the details...
The Official TV LAND Convention comes to Burbank, California on August 16-17, 2003! A classic TV lovers dream weekend, The TV LAND Convention Theatre will be the home of on-stage appearances by sensational stars of some of television's greatest series! Interviews, audience questions and answers, reminiscing: non-stop entertainment! Here's some of what is planned so far... TV LEGENDS ON-STAGE! TIM CONWAY (The Carol Burnett Show & McHale's Navy) LARRY HAGMAN (I Dream of Jeannie and Dallas) SHERMAN HELMSLEY (The Jeffersons, All In The Family, and Amen) DICK MARTIN (Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In) CARL REINER (The Dick Van Dyke Show & TV Land's The New Alan Brady Show) SHERWOOD SCHWARTZ (creator of Gilligan's Island and The Brady Bunch) SID & MARTY KROFFT (Saturday Morning Kids Program Legends) The show promises autographs, merchandise, memorabilia, trivia, etc. You can find out full details about the convention at their website: I am honestly not sure if I will be able to attend, but if I do, chances are it will be on Saturday only.
